Portugal.TheMan Foundation's places on emphasis on Indigenous people, and the movement for land acknowledgement and awareness. Throughout the tour, PTM Foundation will be hosting onsite partners to promote community and education. For this show, the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians will be in attendance.

The Santa Ynez Reservation is located in Santa Barbara County and was established and officially recognized by the federal government on December 27, 1901. Today, the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians remains the only federally recognized Chumash tribe in the nation. The tribe is a self-governing sovereign nation and follows the laws set forth in its tribal constitution. 

They represent the Santa Ynez Chumash and the Coastal Chumash Band Tribal communities. For more info check out https://www.santaynezchumash.org/
