Dead & Company - Weekend 8

The Participation Row activation for Dead & Company at Sphere Las Vegas will be in the "Dead Forever Experience" portal in the Venetian Casino, about a 20min walk from the venue and near the main venue entrance. The space is open on show days as well as the day before, but volunteer shifts will only be for the (3) show days per week.

Due to extreme demand for tickets, volunteers will be asked to sign up for and work (1) weekend -- a total of (3) 5hr shifts across 3 days -- in exchange for a ticket to (1) show. Example: work a shift Thurs 5/16, Fri 5/17 and Sat 5/18, and receive a ticket for Sat 5/18. Volunteers can request a certain night for their complimentary ticket, but there are no guarantees that that night will be awarded.

There will be two volunteer shifts per day, with 2-3 vols on each shift. HeadCount will make best efforts to schedule according to volunteer preference:

10A - 2P (meetup time 9A)

2P - 6P (meetup time 1P)

Show Time: 7:30p, Door Time: 6:30p
